Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant to help us recruit and manage our global team of developers. You will work closely with US clients to understand their talent needs and coordinate with developers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for technical positions
- Coordinate interviews with US clients and candidates
- Manage onboarding processes for new hires
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Assist with HR policies and procedures
- Support employee relations and engagement
Requirements
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in tech/IT industry
- Experience with global remote team management
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills
- Knowledge of US employment practices and regulations
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work with US time zones
