Key Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, and screen candidates for technical positions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between US clients and candidates, managing logistics across different time zones
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, technical assessments coordination, and reference checks
- Manage comprehensive onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the team and company culture
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, documentation, and HR databases
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices for remote team management
- Support employee relations initiatives, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work environment
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, team building events, and recognition programs
- Work closely with US clients to understand their talent needs, technical requirements, and organizational culture
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
- Assist with performance management processes, goal setting, and career development planning
- Stay current with HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements affecting global remote teams
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and metrics to support data-driven decision-making
- Support payroll coordination, benefits administration, and leave management processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong preference for experience in the tech/IT industry or tech talent acquisition
- Proven experience managing global remote teams and understanding the unique challenges and opportunities of distributed workforces
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills with experience in technical recruiting (software development, AI/ML, DevOps, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of US employment practices, labor laws, and HR compliance requirements
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and recruitment tools
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates, employees, and clients
- Ability to work effectively with US time zones, accommodating client meetings and candidate interviews across different schedules
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness when working with a diverse global team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required)
